My economic achievements remarkable – Mahama

The President, John Mahama has touted his achievement in managing the economy as positive and has challenged the youth of the country to take advantage of the many opportunities available to create jobs.

Citing some key economic indicators to back his case, the President noted the economy has been resilient inspite of the global economic downturn.

Speaking at a Congregation ceremony of the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) in Accra, President Mahama said his quest to build a resilient economy is on course.

He indicated that the current economy provides enormous economic opportunities that the youth can take advantage of.

President Mahama also urged the grandaunts to think outside the box and seek to be employers other than employees.
