EC To Begin Tentative Cleaning Of Voters Register By June

The Electoral Commission (EC) says it will begin the tentative cleaning of the voters register by close of June.

The Deputy Chairman of the Electoral Commission In-charge-of-General Services, Georgina Opoku Amankwa who made this known to journalists in Accra said the EC has also began the process to have the 2016 election results transmitted electronically.

This move constitutes part of the Electoral reforms recommended by the Supreme Court.
