It has come to the attention of the Youth in Domeabra obom constituency that one of its parliamentary candidates (Baba Darison of the NPP ) has been indicted by a state investigative body EOCO for allegedly siphoning funds meant for his Employer (Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra).

According to the media report, the matter is before the Attorney General’s office for further action(s).

We the Youth of the constituency wish to sound a word of caution to Mr. Baba Darison to honorably abandon his Parliamentary candidature in our constituency if the said media reports about him are true, to avoid bringing the name of our dear constituency (Chiefs, Youth and other constituents) into disrepute.

The Parliamentary Seat is the highest political office in our constituency and we the Youth will do all we could to protect and preserve the image and the dignity it holds.
We are by this release:.
1. Advising anyone (indigene ) who has an interest of contesting the MP SHIP now or in the not too distant future to live a morally upright life or forget that dream.

2.Calling on Mr. Baba Darison to come clear on the alleged matter and clear himself, since he is one of our own and has one way or the other become a role model for some sections of the Youth.

Failure by Him(Baba) to respond to the allegations will force us to come out with another release soon .

Domeabra Obom Constituency deserves the best from its leaders .
