Disregard Fake & False Legon Polls;Conjured by Akufo-Addo’s surrogate -Legon Lecturer
A senior lecturer at the University of Ghana’s Political science Department,Prof. Ransford Gyampo, has pooh-poohed a cunning attempt by the NPP’S dishonest Flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo and a minion of his, one Dr Owusu Mensah to deliberately throw dust into the eyes of the “unsuspecting” public, like they have done in the past with regards to the conjuring of figures in their comfort and labeling those “voodoo” and deceitful tactics as “Polls” with the sole intent of generating cash from disillusioned financiers of the NPP.
Last week, unethical and unproductive media houses sympathetic to Akufo-Addo such as Joy FM, Citi FM, Peace FM,Adom FM and others under the Multimedia and Despite Group, published this falsely “contrived” Polls with the sole intent of deceiving the unsuspecting Public and dissatisfied financiers of the NPP, without making any shred of effort to authenticate the veracity or otherwise of this “voodoo” polls.
Reacting to this outright falsehood from the Akufo-Addo hireling and a card bearing member of the New Patriotic Party, Prof. Ransford Gyampo, a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana, in unequivocal terms stated that, neither the University not its Political science department has conducted any Polls “The Department of Political Science hasn’t conducted any such study.”
Exposing further the intent for this mischievous act from the “desperate and dishonest” Akufo-Addo, the Senior Lecturer revealed an NPP organisation (Fredriech Norman Foundation) which sponsored fully, Dr Owusu Mensah to undertake such “unproductive” exercise “Fredriech Norman Foundation (FNF) sponsored a study with Dr Owusu Mensah of our department leading the process. He presented his findings at our department. That’s all.”
According to The senior lecturer, he has even questioned the methodology used by Akufo-Addo’s surrogate to conjure those “unrealistic” material “Indeed, yesterday, I questioned the methodology.” Adding that, he had issue with the “bias” approach “but I had other issues which I would have raised if this had been a departmental affair.”
Instructively, the Senior Lecturer stated he was not in position to support this falsely obtained propaganda polls “I am not in a position to support.” However, he unequivocally insisted that, this “unproductive propaganda polls” is not coming from Legon “But I can tell you that the study wasn’t carried out by our department. Thanks”
