Court orders Wisa’s arrest again

An Accra Circuit Court presided over by Abena Oppong Adjen Doku has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of hiplife musician Eugene Ashie popularly known as Wisa for refusing to appear before it.

Counsel for Wisa, Jerry Avernogbo told the court that he has no idea of his client’s whereabout.

He therefore prayed the court to take any action on the case.

This is the second time a bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Wisa for failing to appear in court.

The case has been adjourned to the 13th of next month.

Wisa was put before the court after he allegedly exposed his manhood whiles performing on stage during an entertainment show last December.

He has been charged with gross indecent exposure but has pleaded not guilty.
