Countryman Songo is not even fit to be my house boy, Black Stars captain implies

Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan has responded to Patrick Osei Agyemang’s criticism of him missing a penalty kick in Ghana’s friendly game against the United States of America.

Popular Black Stars critic Patrick popularly known as Countryman Songo made Gyan a talking point for an episode of his Fire For Fire TV show outlining how selfish Ghana’s captain is.
Songo continues to compare Gyan to other Black Stars greats saying the man who has scored 51 goals for Ghana is nowhere near these names.

Asamoah Gyan who has joined a new club in Turkey in an interview with Accra-based Hot FM hit out at Countryman Songo claiming the sports journalist is not even fit to clean his room or shoes.

The Black Stars captain said:
“He (Patrick Osei Agyemang) is not fit to clean my room and shoes.
“Maybe he can take care of my dogs.
“I have done nothing against him and he keeps talking rubbish about me all the time.
“Tell him that I have signed for a club in Turkey and getting ready to open my bank account. So he should sit there and continue with his comedy.”

Asamoah Gyan received a heroic welcome from Kayserispor fans in Turkey after completing his two-year deal with the club. The former Sunderland player has an option to extend the contract and play a year more.
