Confirmed: Jake Obetsebi Lamptey Not Dead – Sir John

Confirmed reports reaching Peacefmonline.com indicate that the former National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party Jake Obetsebi Lamptey is not dead.

According to Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, NPP former General Secretary; Jake Obetsebi Lamptey is alive and abroad.

There are social media rumors circulating that the NPP former National Chair has died.

But Mr. Owusu Afriyie, affectionately called Sir John told Peace FM’s Ashanti Regional Correspondent Sampson Nyamekye in an interview on Hello FM, a sister  station, that Mr. Obetsebi Lamptey is very strong and healthy, stressing that “he is not dead. He even contacted me today from abroad “.
