Catholic Health Service threatens legal action against NHIA

The National Catholic Health Service says the long delays and non-payment of arrears due health care providing institutions by the National Health Insurance Authority for services rendered has the potential of collapsing their institutions.

The Catholic institution has therefore threatened to take legal action against the Authority to retrieve their outstanding arrears from February this year.
