Bugri Naabu is a big fool – Former NPP Chairman

The former Northern regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alhaji Haruna Sulemana Tia has launched a verbal attack on the current regional chairman of the party Bugri Naabu describing him as a ‘big fool’.
He accused Bugri Naabu for allegedly removing and replacing members of both the Regional Council of Patrons and Elders without any consultation.

Mr. Haruna Tia was a member of the Council of Patrons and his name was expunged and replaced without any form of communication.

The former regional chairman rained insults on Bugri after both NPP members engaged in war of words with the latter hitting the current chairman in the chest.
The incident occurred during a violent encounter between the two NPP executives.

Alhaji Haruna Tia speaking on Tamale-based Diamond FM said he won’t withdraw and apologise to Bugri for his action taken.
He said “It is a known fact that Bugri Naabu is a big fool mouth. I am not going to withdraw it because he is not living up to expectation as a party leader.”
