Boakye Djan’s Arrest; Intimidations won’t Cow and Stop NDC From Winning 2020 Elections” – NDC’s Chief Biney

As Ghana is preparing towards her December 2020 polls, a matter which continue to control the airwaves is the EC’s decision to compile a new voters register. With the governing NPP supporting the compilation whilst the largest opposition party the NDC and many civil society organization opposing the compilation, Chief Biney a deputy national organizer of NDC said president Akuffo addo, the EC and Ghana police service can not cow the NDC into keeping quiet over the arrest of Major retired Osahene Boakye Gyan in order for them to be able to disenfranchise many Ghanaians and have their intended rigging agenda materialised in the upcoming December polls.

NDC is poised and ready for victory 2020 elections and absolutely nothing will stop our forward march to save the people of Ghana from the clueless and inept leadership of Nana-Akufo-Addo, any attempt by the Jean Mensa led EC to subvert the will of the many suffering Ghanaians will be resisted with the blood and might of Ghanaians as did by Ghana’s founder Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

Who a Ghanaian is, is stipulated in Ghana’s 1992 constitution and not a determination to be made by Jean Mensa, president Akuffo addo and the NIA. We don’t identify a Ghanaian by “Common Card”

He said the EC must be careful of its dealings and not be acting like an arm of the bloated government of prez Akuffo Addo, he also said the NDC is in support of what Major retired Osahene Boakye Gyan said and will stand by it at all times since without such advice the Jean Mensa led EC will destroy Ghana with her burning desire to rig the 2020 presidential elections for president Akuffo Addo.

“The sacking of the former EC boss was politically motivated and political motivation in this case is to beef up the numbers so that they can win, because they don’t have confidence in their winning numbers, otherwise they wouldn’t tamper with the register; but more importantly, I don’t know how old you were in the 60s, but I’m telling you confidently that, in post-independence Africa, all crisis and civil wars had happened on the back of disputed elections and where they are going now, they are walking us into civil war and if they want it, they will get it, quote me” this was a statement made by Major retired Osahene Boakye Gyan which led to his arrest by the Ghana police service.

Many war mongering statements and threats were made by Abronye and Nana obiri boahen but the CID has failed to even caution them not to talk of arrest.
