Asamoah Gyan To Be Served Rape/Sodomy WRIT In China Via His Football Club

Plans are far advanced for the bailiff who is to serve Asamoah Gyan a writ of summon on Gyan’s alleged rape and sodomy to do so in China.

GYAN’S ABSENCE IN GHANA
According to celebrity Lawyer, Dr. Maurice Ampaw, who in recent times dared the Attorney General of Ghana – quashing the latter’s claim of clearing Gyan of a rape and sodomy allegation leveled against him by a 22 year old lady, Sarah Kwablah, the bailiff is unable to serve Gyan because Gyan is out of the country.

But, “There’s another option to serve Gyan the writ. We can serve him in person any time he touches Ghana or serve him out of jurisdiction. Asked how he will serve Gyan, lawyer Ampaw said, “Of course through his #Shanghai Sipg club. We shall ask them to release him so he comes and face trial. Even if it requires the bailiff boarding a plane to China to serve Gyan, we will do that!

“Thankfully, International Human Rights Activist and Reverend, Lloyd Annan, has promised the media and Sarah he will spend even his last penny to make sure Sarah gets justice. The girl is not blackmailing Gyan! She has evidence – video, Whatsapp. Skype chats and videos, text, pictures, etc. to all her claims to present to court!”

MAURICE SYMPATHIZES
“We could have settled this amicably. In fact we started last year somewhere March, before we could settle, the same Gyan’s gave a story to Daily Guide that Sarah is blackmailing Gyan. The same people we were planning to settle the matter amicably with turned against Sarah, who has concrete evidence to prove to any court that Gyan raped and sodomized her.

He continued, “But I don’t blame Asamoah Gyan – -it’s the people around him I blame, especially his so called manager. He has muddied the waters! The people around Gyan annoy! THE WRIT
Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has filed a law suit – number GJ/26/2016 against Asamoah Gyan for having undignified sexual relations with the plaintiff, Sarah Kwablah.

A portion of the writ lawyer Ampaw has filed against Asamoah Gyan reads:
“Defendant was older than plaintiff. Defendant was a national hero highly connected and influential in Ghana. Defendant is among the highest paid African footballers. Plaintiff is just a 22-year-old poor University student and lost the father through sex scandal.

Defendant using his influence, wealth and power lured plaintiff into a relationship and tried spoiling, debase and corrupting the mind of plaintiff by sending plaintiff nude pictures, sex video and masturbating video through Skype, Whatsapp and asked plaintiff to do same.

Plaintiff became a victim of defendant sex addiction.” The court stated emphatically that a judgment may be pronounced if Asamoah Gyan fails to comply with the writ of summons.

“You are hereby commanded that within eight days after service of this writ on you, inclusive of the day of service, you do cause an appearance to be entered for you. And take notice that in default of your so doing, judgment may be given in your absence without further notice to you” the writ emphasizes.
