Akufo-Addo Sacked Afoko over fears of Been Exposed Of Corruption.

It has emerged that, National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party Paul Afoko was sacked from the party by the party’s flagbearer Akufo-Addo over fears that, Chairman Afoko would exposed him (Akufo-Addo) of his corrupt dealings within the New Patriotic Party and his unpleasant plan to control the party for over thirty (30) years instead of winning elections was been threatened by Chairman Afoko. Reports available explains how Akufo-Addo and his gang are hell bent on retaining the flagbearership position with Kyebi even if it will keep the party in decades of opposition. It is now dawning on party supporters that, Akufo-Addo is only interested in controlling the party rather than winning elections.

On his long walk from Tamale to Accra after having solemly swore the oat of office to protect and preserve the constitution of the New Patriotic Party, National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party Paul Afoko was slapped with the bad news about the party’s coffers suffering an incurable miscarriage. The balance brought forward on the party’s account as handed over to him by his predecessors was a penny, Eighty Nine Ghana Cedis (Ghc 89) which is not even up to Twenty dollars ( 20$). How would you feel if after spending millions of Ghana Cedis to win an election only for you to inherit a political entity with such pathetic value as its balance carried forward? And on top of the misery, severals of debtors begin to knock your doors over Huge sums of debts and sometimes age-old debts owed by that political party, how are you going receive such news? Won’t you even suffocate when you are hit with the bullet from lending authorities over million Ghana Cedis of unpaid loans contracted using your party headquarters as collateral by non-executives of the party such as Akufo-Addo’s cousin- Ken Ofori-Atta, Keli Gazekpo to mention few? Now you begin to hear discordant voices from workers at the party headquarters over unpaid accrued salaries, would you , after spending million Ghana Cedis to win elections, fall on your pocket to pay salaries of workers which is in essence a “bad debt” ?

Can you survive a single of the mentions above? How are you going to pay huge utility bills of the edifice (party headquarters) you occupying, you think it is free ? Understandably, “Nobody wins an election to suffer again” but that wasn’t the case with NPP’s National Chairman Paul Afoko. You are reading this with sadness, worried and feeling like crying, isn’t it?

You know what, the giant in the caste of David, Paul Awentami Afoko survived it. YES , He paid salaries of workers from his own personal pocket after restlessly crisscrossing the length and breaths of Ghana and spending millions to win the Tamale elections.

Chairman Paul Afoko does all these and the only reward he earns is Hate-filled agenda, unjustified levels of vilification, obnoxious fabrications, wicked machinations, disgusting levels of disrespect for his authority, peddling of wicked lies and the concoction of bizzare untruths in newspapers owned by executives of the NPP such as Freddy Blay’s Daily Guide, Akufo-Addo’s owned Statesman Newspaper etc from Unrepentant and bad-tempered fanatics and surrogates of Akufo-Addo??

There came a time when his administration was able to raise over Nine Million Ghana Cedis ( Ghc 9 million ) from the sale of parliamentary nomination forms . As part of his strategy in the prudent NEW PLAN FOR POWER, the fair-minded democrat Paul Afoko tabled his brainchild before the National Council, the second highest decision making body of the party. It was agreed at council that, the over Ghc 9 million accumulated revenue be shared in the ratio 40:20:40; where 40% be allocated to all constituency, 20% to National Headquarters and 40% to the Regional party. That, 40% allocated to all constituencies means each constituency is due to receive a whopping Ghc 25,000, so it becomes a statutory obligation on the part of the party to pay this amount in full, to all 275 constituencies. Admittedly, Never in the history of the NPP ,its constituencies have taken receipt of such huge amounts directly from the party headquarters. For transparency and accountability sake, this Ghc 25,000 was agreed to be disbursed in tranches .

First disbursement is Ghc 10,000 to each of the 275 constituencies for smooth and peaceful operations of the June 13 2015 Parliamentary primaries, second disbursement is Ghc 5,000 each to all 275 constituencies for the purpose of beautification and face lifting of all constituency offices up to a set standard and branding at vantage places in respective constituencies with the party’s flags, where as the last Ghc 10,000 each to all 275 constituency is a seed capital for preparations towards the 2016 General elections. Assuredly, as the time came for the primaries Chairman Paul Afoko instructed the release of funds to be distributed evenly to all the various constituencies but the National Treasure Kwabena Abankwa Yeboah with a backing support from Akufo-Addo, failed to oblige as he diverted Bankers draft worth over Ghc 6 million into a secret location which was later known as the ECOBANK ACCOUNT. Because, in the ” wisdom” of Akufo-Addo ,giving out Ghc 10,000 to all constituencies by Chairman Paul Afoko was not only a waste to him but was threatening the struggle for party control by Akufo-Addo and his gang who feared been exposed by Chairman Paul Afoko . So Akufo-Addo used Abankwa Yeboah to frustrate the process til it came to a time when General Secretary Kwabena Agyepong had to beg Nana Akufo-Addo to call Abankwa Yeboah to order, to which Akufo-Addo flang back to Kwabena Agyepong “I will do something about it”. These words in parentheses , means purposively that, Akufo-Addo knew the whereabouts of the stolen money. Verily, in the ohene Ntow investigative committee report, Freddy Blay exposed how Akufo-Addo convened the meeting that criminally diverted and shared the ecobank booty which Nana Akufo-Addo is allege to have illegally received One Hundred thousand Pounds sterling (£ 100,000) as his initial share of the stolen amount of over Ghc 6 million.

Glory be to the most High God, for granting Chairman Afoko the wisdom to fulfill his promise. And as wierd as it may sound to you, this favor by Chairman Afoko done for all constituencies formed part of the ridiculous and groundless petition to illegally sack him by Akufo-Addo and his lackeys. Indeed, Akufo-Addo and his allies, quickly sacked National Chairman Paul Afoko after Chairman Afoko, having ensured that all constituencies received their first statutory payment of Ghc 10,000, because Akufo-Addo and his men felt their wicked intents in the past was been threatened and was on the verge of been exposed.

AND AKUFO-ADDO TAKES OVER THE PARTY…

National Chairman Paul Afoko left behind a total of over Ghc 6 million which was diverted into a dormant account with Ecobank Trust Towers Branch in Accra. That account was opened after elections 2008 by then National Chairman Peter Mc Manu at the blindside of then party General Secretary Ohene Ntow, then National Treasure and other party executives, for dubious intent and criminal purposes. Truth be told; that account was only known by flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo, then chairman of finance committee, and then National Chairman Peter Mc Manu.

Peter Mc Manu under the instruction of Akufo-Addo, criminally sold out some of the party pick up vehicles which was used for the 2008 elections to interested parliamentarians in the party as at that time. Peter Mc Manu instructed those interested buyers to make payments into that account which had only him as a signatory before taking possesion of the pick up vehicles. The accumulated revenue in that ecobank account after the criminal sale of party pick up vehicles was shared among Nana Akufo-Addo, Peter Manu and then Chairman of the party’s finance committee. That gives you an idea of how corruption has eaten badly into the moral fabric of the NPP and cements the reason why they sacked Chairman Afoko- They fear Chairman Afoko would expose them.

Dear Constituency executives, Ask yourselves, when is the remaining Ghc 15,000 going to get into the hands of all 275 constituencies? Perhaps, some constituency executives are wailing within their heart’s but cannot voice out their pain for fear of persecution, intimidation and eventually, been ostracised suspension- If so, then, What is the essence of the great battle by Prof Albert Adu Boahene against the CULTURE OF SILENCE? You can’t speak out your independent mind in an “elite” political party? You don’t even know your fundamental human right is been trampled upon by some people?? How long can you continue to wail in silence?

So Akufo-Addo who inherited over Ghc 6 million has asked all parliamentarians to raise funds on their own? MM) BR) WA. There is an exhibition exercise on the voters register, and this is a fundamental requirement for victory in the December 7 elections. And who in this party is going to benefit more than Akufo-Addo should the party win this year’s elections? Save for Nana Akufo-Addo who inherited a big Ghc 6 million to give each constituency a miserable Ghc 1,000 for usage in monitoring the exercise? You surprise?

If we are convinced beyond reasonable doubt that, elections are won and lost at the polling station level, why then would Akufo-Addo and his allies sabotage Chairman Paul Afoko who was resourcing all 275 constituencies directly with a huge sum of Ghc 25,000 each aimed at fortifying the polling station level? And yet they have the effrontery to sack Chairman Afoko who was resourcing the polling station in other to win resoundingly , and replacing it with a pathetic Ghc 1,000 to all constituencies?
You will agree with me that Akufo-Addo and his allies are only interested in controlling the party and not winning the Presidency? Yes! Akufo-Addo and his men are only interested in keeping the flagbearership in Kyebi for a very long time.

Let’s say all 275 constituencies ,on average has 50 polling stations. If in a very odd situation, Ghc 10 each is to be given to the two agents present at each of the 50 polling station ,are we not spending Ghc 1,000 in a day?? Multiply Ghc 1,000 by 10 days of the exercise and it is Ghc 10,000. DON’T YOU JUST MISS CHAIRMAN AFOKO??
Like Malcolm X said ” If you’re not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed, and loving the people who are doing the oppressing”.
To Akufo-Addo and his cronies, Ghc 1,000 is much worthy than Ghc 10,000.
Shine your Eye because You deserve better than Akufo-Addo’s Ghc 1,000. Would you then, start demanding the remaining Ghc 15,000 which is due you??

Which will you then deny?

1.Chairman Paul Afoko who inherited the pathetic Ghc 89 with accrued debts and unpaid loans but was able to send to each of the 275 constituencies a huge Ghc 10,000; and

2. Akufo-Addo who inherited over Ghc 6 million but the best he gave to each constituency is Ghc 1,000?

You are confound? Should I advice you?

Your Answer is NATIONAL CHAIRMAN PAUL AFOKO.
