AG orders striking Attorneys to resume work or lose pay

The Ministry of Justice and Attorney-General has directed all striking Attorneys below the grade of Chief State Attorney to return to work October 21 or forfeit their October salary.

The Ministry says the strike is illegal and ought to be called off with immediate effect.

Public Relations Officer of the Ministry, Ebenezer Owusu Ansah told GBC’s George Asekere that strict sanctions will be applied if by close of work Friday the striking workers do not return to work.
