The 1st phase of the 5000 housing units (1500 housing units) at Saglemi in the Ningo-Prampram district have been completed

The first phase of the 5000 housing units of the Nyame Dua Estates project under a public private partnership arrangement at Kpone is almost complete.

168 housing units under the security services housing scheme phase 1 in Tema has been completed and handed over to the security services. Work is progressing admiringly on the phase 2 of the project which is made up of 368 housing units.

618 out of 836 (74%) housing units under the Keta sea defense resettlement housing scheme has been completed at Adzido, Kedzi and Vodza to house persons affected by the Keta sea defence project.

The ongoing 72 housing units for middle income households dubbed the Adenta Regeneration Project or SHC Gardens, the ongoing new Labadi Villas Housing Project for the military, the construction of modern residential facilities for police personnel at cantonment in Accra and the adoption and handing of the few uncompleted housing units the npp government forgot to share to its members are all projects the President John Mahama led NDC government has done and still doing in less than 4 years.

This is a government we can trust when it tells us that it will continue to bridge the housing deficit gap through direct government investments and public private partnership when retained in power as stipulated in the 2016 manifesto of the great NDC.
