A 23-year-old man has been stabbed to death by a teenage girl in Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region, following an argument Saturday over a paltry one Ghana cedi note.
Ohene Asante, Computer Technician, died shortly after he was struck in the chest with a sharp knife by the 16-year-old girl.
Joy News’ Precious Semevor explains the two had been involved in a brief altercation over a GH¢1 note said to have been removed from the deceased man’s pocket by the teenager.
The girl has since gone into hiding, but Sunyani police say they are looking for her to assist with investigation into the bizare incident.
